Umm Al Quwain University and Artificial Intelligence Journalism for Research and Forecasting (AIJRF) signed an academic and applied memorandum of cooperation, to integrate and enhance the use of artificial intelligence techniques in applied training courses and other educational courses at Umm Al Quwain University.
The memorandum was signed by Dr. Galal Hatem, the university chancellor, and Dr. Muhammad Abdul-Zaher, CEO of the Artificial Intelligence Journalism for Research and Forecasting.
The memorandum stipulates the integration of all artificial intelligence techniques into the university's learning process to vary between applied and theoretical sides, and to provide the opportunity for university students in all programs to be provided with knowledge experiences that support their academic excellence and improve their practical skills.
Dr. Galal Hatem, Chancellor of Umm Al Quwain University, said that this memorandum comes in line with the vision of the UAE government and educational methods adopted at the university, which are compatible with creating the future of education with applications and solutions of artificial intelligence to enhance students' skills in line with the requirements of the labor market. He added that the memorandum will integrate many applications in all the university courses, in order to enhance the academic team skills, and transfer those experiences to students to graduate a generation empowered with creative skills.
For his part, Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Zaher confirmed AIJRF, through the memorandum, is fully prepared to transfer all its experiences in artificial intelligence and content industry to the university academic team, and ready to support joint scientific conferences and publishing in the field of artificial intelligence within the university.
