Umm Al Quwain University Participates with the Red Crescent Authority in the Celebration of Zayed Humanitarian Work Day and Orphan Day in the Islamic World.”

UAQU Red Crescent, with a big participation from Umm Al Quwain University and some of local authorities and institutions, organized a celebration on Zayed Humanitarian Work Day and Orphan Day in the Islamic World in Al Ittihad Hall in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain. The ceremony was attended by Prof. Galal Hatem, University Chancellor, and Dr. Hani Bakr, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.

This participation comes as part of the university's commitment to supporting humanitarian initiatives and promoting volunteer work in the community. The events contributed to enhancing awareness of the importance of providing support to the needy people and promoting a culture of social responsibility.

The ceremony witnessed several entertainment and cultural events, in addition to honoring some special and active individuals who made big efforts in the field of humanitarian work, and thanking entities and teams participating in organizing the event.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, Umm Al Quwain University expressed its pride in participating in this important event, expressing its continued readiness to support activities and events that aim to serve the community and raise awareness of humanitarian issues.

This participation comes as part of a series of efforts made by Umm Al Quwain University to enhance the spirit of cooperation and encourage its students to volunteer and contribute actively to social and humanitarian construction.
