Biography
Sameh Abdelhay obtained his master degree in International business from Wollongong University in Dubai; He got PhD in human resources management and leadership from Malaysia. He has been working for more than 19 years in UAE, thus he has rich and long history of teaching experience universities, colleagues and training companies, and this gives him profound and comprehensive knowledge and expertise in different fields such as management, HRM, economics and legal business. Currently, he is working as assistant professor in Umm Al Quwain University. He participates in different administrative tasks related to curriculum and self-study development. He has many published papers in internationally indexed journals i.e. Scopus indexed Journals and conferences. His researches’ focus is how management practices are related to employee performance, creativity and wellness. The current research focus is the new technology such generative artificial intelligence affects HR functions. He is a guest speaker for different local community institutions.
