Transfer Student


A Student, transferred from another academic institution, and would like to join Umm Al Quwain University must submit an official transcript and course description of the course that he has completed from the relevant authority. And he must submit the following documents to the admission and registration department :
 
  • A certified copy of the high school certificate or its equivalent from the competent authorities.
  • The student must not be on probation or dismissed from the institution from which he is transferring. It is expected that a student has a clear record in this regard.
  • The student must be enrolled in a high education institute recognized and approved by The Ministry of Education.
  • The student must fulfill the admission requirements of Umm Al Quwain University.
  • Credit transfer will be granted for students with good standing with courses completed, (equivalent to a minimum C grade in the UAQU grading system)
  • The students must pay the admission fees stipulated in the admission conditions.
  • In addition to Non-refundable (AED 500) excluding VAT for equivalency procedures
  • Certificates of proficiency are as mentioned in the admission requirements for each program.
  • The students must fulfilled all admission criteria as stated in the Admission requirements section .
