General Terms and Conditions:

• Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the University's Contracts and Procurement Committee.
• Copies of the Trade License, Commercial Registration Certificate, and Tax Registration Certificate must be provided. Any proposal submitted without these documents will be disqualified.
• The bid validity period shall be 30 days from the closing date.
• The campaign duration shall be 30 days.
