General Conditions:

• The proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes to the University’s Contracts and Procurement Committee.
• Copies of the Trade License, Commercial Registration Certificate, and Tax Registration Certificate must be attached. Any bid submitted without these documents will be excluded.
• The validity of the bid shall be 30 days from the closing date.
• The University reserves the right to cancel or amend the tender if necessary, without bearing any financial or legal obligations resulting from such cancellation.
