General Conditions:

• The proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes to the University’s Contracts and Procurement Committee.
• Copies of the trade license, commercial registry certificate and Vat registration certificate must be submitted, and any proposal not accompanied by these documents will be excluded.
• The bid validity period is 15 days from the closing date.
• The university has the right to cancel or modify the tender if necessary without being bound by any financial or legal demands resulting from that cancellation.

*  The envelopes will be opened on Jan 23, 2026 at 09:00 am by the University’s Contracts and Procurement Committee.
