Biography
Prof. Tarek Mahmoud Abdel Salam is a Professor of Public Finance and Tax Legislation, former Dean of the College of Law at the American University in the Emirates, and a Professor at the Faculty of Law, Capital University in Cairo. He has over 25 years of academic and administrative experience. He has held prominent leadership positions, including Dean of the College of Law at Al Jazeera University and the American University in the Emirates, and has contributed to the accreditation of multiple PhD and Master’s programs. He has internationally published research in the fields of legislation, justice, and sustainable development. He obtained his PhD in Law from Helwan University with Excellent grade and First Class Honors. He also serves as a cassation lawyer and a legal consultant specializing in tax matters.
