Dr. Hani Abdulrahim is an Assistant Professor at Umm Al Quwain University, His academic expertise centres on commercial law, which he has studied extensively throughout his educational and professional career. He earned his Ph.D. in Law with a specialisation in Maritime Law and Multimodal Transportation, graduating from the University of Glasgow in 1994. His academic journey began with a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Baghdad,
