As part of its cooperation with UAE Red Crescent within the activities of UAQ Summer Camp, the Continuing Education Center at Umm Al Quwain University hosted the camp students, where Dr. Omnia Salem, Manager of Continuing Education Center and head of Communication and Crisis Program at the University, conducted a workshop entitled "Discover Your Talent" in which she discussed the definition of talent and its importance, how a person discovers his talent, ways to develop and enhance talent, and methods to face challenges that may hinder the talent growth.
The workshop included several activities, and brainstorming sessions to discuss the needs to enhance talent.
