As part of enhancing the practical aspect and linking theoretical knowledge to practical professional reality, private law masters students at the college of Law at Umm Al Quwain University made a field visit to the Department of Economic Development in Ajman.  They were received and welcomed by the Director of the Department, His Excellency Abdullah Al Hamrani, who welcomed them and directed to facilitate their mission and honored them with a commemorative shield.

The visit came based on the directives of the Dean of the College, Dr. Abdul Ghani Qasim, who stressed the importance of these visits in enhancing students' skills and applying what they learned theoretically and urging them to acquire practical applied skills.

The students were accompanied by Prof. Fuad Al Shaibi,. During the visit the students listened to a detailed explanation from Mr. Hassan Al Shehhi, Director of the Commercial Protection Department, who reviewed with the students the applications of the Consumer Protection Law and its executive regulations, legal developments and challenges facing the consumer.

This visit comes as part of the ongoing efforts of the College of Law at Umm Al Quwain University to enhance the practical aspect of its students and provide them with practical knowledge in the field of consumer protection.
