October 17, Public Relations students, Activities and Events Course, in Cooperation with Sharjah Natural History and Botanical Museum, organized an event entitled "We Draw Inspiration from Nature, and Learn from Generations" under the supervision of Prof. Wafaa Tharwat. The event witnessed a distinguished presence of senior citizens from Sharjah Elderly Care Home, and a large number of school students with positive interaction and mutual respect between generations.

The event aimed to enhance community cohesion and environmental awareness, which provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and feelings in an atmosphere full of friendliness and appreciation. Senior citizens also participated by telling their stories and life experiences, which added a valuable educational dimension to the students and enhanced their understanding of the experiences of previous generations.

The event was attended by His Excellency Mohammed Al Kashf, Member of the Federal National Council, and Prof. Haitham Al Samarrai, Dean of the College of Mass Communication, who expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the organization and success of this initiative, and stressed the importance of continuing to hold activities that combine theoretical education and community interaction.

Prof. Wafaa Tharwat added that the event included many interactive educational activities and workshops to raise awareness of the importance of environment preservice, in addition to a field tour of the museum where attendees were given a detailed explanation of the museum and its historical and scientific collections.
