Under the auspices of Umm Al Quwain University, Internship students at the College of Law organized the first cultural legal competition between the Public Prosecution and Defense teams, in a distinctive interactive atmosphere that witnessed wide participation from students, faculty members and guests. The competition included questions for the two teams, in addition to some interactive questions for the audience. In-kind prizes were distributed and the winners were honored at the end of the event.
The competition was organized and managed by Dr. Mohammad Samer Al-Qattan, and was attended by Dr. Galal Hatem, Advisor to UAQU Board of Trustees, Dr. Hani Bakr, the University Vice Chancellor, and Dr. Abdulghani Qasim Al-Shuaibi, Dean of the College of Law, , in addition to members of the university's teaching and administrative staff.
The competition came as part of the College of Law's initiatives to enhance students' legal skills and enrich their information through a constructive competitive environment. The event was praised by the attendees for providing an opportunity to exchange legal ideas and enhance legal knowledge among students and participants.
