Umm Al Quwain University signed a strategic research partnership agreement with Al-Najeeb Legal Consultancy. The partnership aims to develop legal scientific research and face challenges in the UAE legal systems.
This partnership rests on establishing a distinguished research base at the College of Law, aiming to support advanced research works in modern legal issues and enhance collaboration with legal specialists to exchange expertise and enrich academic knowledge. The partnership also aims to empower researchers and academic staff to present innovative solutions in facing contemporary legal challenges and issues.
This initiative is part of the University's vision to expand the scientific research horizons and solidify its role as a leading educational institution. Through this partnership, the University seeks to engage civil society organizations in supporting scientific research, strengthening the links between theory and practice in the College of Law, and contributing to achieving real integration between academic education and the practical needs of the legal community.
This is all in line with the directives and standards of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as theCommission for Academic Accreditation , to ensure achieving the highest levels of academic and research quality.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Chris Rauch, University Chancellor, and on behalf of second party by the Consultant Mohammed Najeeb Saleh.
