Umm Al Quwain University and Al Bataeh Club Conclude the Ramadan Table Tennis Championship.

The Ramadan Table Tennis Championship, organized by Umm Al Quwain University in collaboration with Al Bataeh Club for Culture and Sports, concluded today in a highly competitive atmosphere with active participation from faculty members and students.

The championship results saw Professor Dr. Osama Abdel Bari crowned as the champion in the faculty category, with Professor Dr. Chris Rauch securing second place, Dr. Moan Al-Satti taking third, and Dr. Hani Bakr finishing in fourth place.

In the student category, Osama Abdel Aziz claimed first place, followed by Khalil Al-Hammami in second, Mahmoud Ismail in third, and Ali Sadoon in fourth.

The closing ceremony began with the UAE national anthem, followed by the awarding of trophies and medals to the winners. Dr. Chris Rauch, alongside Dr. Hani Bakr, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, presented the awards. The event was attended by prominent academic and sports figures, reflecting a spirit of fair competition and unity within the university community.

This championship is part of Umm Al Quwain University's ongoing efforts to promote sports activities and encourage students and faculty members to engage in physical activity, fostering a culture of sportsmanship and positive competition on campus.
