As part of promoting the concepts of happiness and service quality, the Center for Continuing Education at Umm Al Quwain University participated today, Thursday, March 20, in the Happiness Day event in collaboration with Umm Al Quwain Smart Government and the Ministry of Health.

Dr. Omnia Salem, Director of the Center and a professor at the College of Mass Communication, conducted a workshop on the applications of happiness methodologies and customer satisfaction in delivering exceptional services.

The workshop witnessed significant engagement from participants, featuring teamwork and brainstorming sessions to propose innovative initiatives aimed at developing smart services that enhance customer happiness. The discussions also explored mechanisms for creating a positive work environment that reflects positively on service quality, contributing to higher customer satisfaction and an improved government service experience.
