The Law Respect Culture Office at the General Directorate of Community Protection and Crime Prevention in the Ministry of Interior, in cooperation with the Human Rights Department, organized a council as part of the “University Councils” initiative at Umm Al Quwain University. The event focused on the topic: “The Document of Values and Behaviors of the Emirati Citizen,” which serves as a national reference to strengthen authentic Emirati identity values and enhance national belonging among youth and university students.

The council featured Major Dr. Hawa Yousef Al Raisi and Dr. Lamia Ali Al Zarouni from the Ministry of Interior’s Human Rights Department, and was attended by a number of students and faculty members. The participants discussed the key themes and objectives of the document, emphasizing its role in building a cohesive society founded on solid values, positive behavior, and mutual respect.
