Under the theme “Horizons”… College of Mass Communication Organizes the Graduation Projects Exhibition for Fall 2025–2026.

The College of Mass Communication at Umm Al Quwain University organized the Graduation Projects Exhibition for the Fall 2025–2026 semester under the theme “Horizons”, in the presence of Dr. Hani Bakr, Vice Chancellor of Umm Al Quwain University; Prof. Dr. Haitham Al Samarrai, Dean of the College; academic supervisors; and a number of faculty members and students.

The exhibition showcased innovative graduation projects across diverse fields, including health communication, tourism promotion, social issues, combating fake news, supporting people of determination, digital identity, and the use of artificial intelligence in education.

Dr. Hani Bakr emphasized that this year’s projects reflect students’ readiness and their ability to produce professional media content that serves the community. Prof. Dr. Haitham Al Samarrai noted that the “Horizons” exhibition represents the culmination of years of learning and practical application, highlighting the College’s commitment to fostering creativity and innovation.

A panel comprising representatives from the labor market also participated in evaluating the projects. The panel included H.E. Mohammed Al Kashf, Member of the Federal National Council; Dr. Ali Nasser, Chairman of the Board of the Emirates Public Relations Association; and Ms. Nora Al Mutairi, journalist at Al Bayan newspaper. The panel praised the quality and high standard of the students’ work.
