The College of Law at Umm Al Quwain University organized a field visit to Umm Al Quwain Municipality as part of the practical plan for the course “Named Contracts.” The visit was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Abdul Ghani Qasim, Dean of the College, and Prof. Dr. Saad Ali Ahmed Ramadan, course instructor, with the aim of enhancing students’ practical understanding of lease contracts and their legal provisions, particularly those related to eviction of leased properties.

The visit included lectures and workshops delivered by the Municipality, providing students with an overview of the practical procedures followed in lease contracts and the mechanisms for handling related disputes. Umm Al Quwain University expressed its appreciation to Umm Al Quwain Municipality for its cooperation and continued support of the educational process.
