At the gracious invitation of the University of Sharjah, a number of faculty members from the College of Law at Umm Al Quwain University participated in a roundtable session to discuss the latest amendments to the Civil Transactions Law in its new form, in the presence of a distinguished group of specialists and professors of civil law.

Representing Umm Al Quwain University at this academic meeting were His Excellency Dr. Abdul Ghani Qasim, Dean of the College of Law; Prof. Dr. Fouad Al Shaibi; Prof. Dr. Saad Ramadan; and Dr. Nadia Al Bayati. They contributed in-depth scholarly interventions addressing both the theoretical and practical dimensions of the new amendments, within a rich academic dialogue that reflects the integration between the evolution of legal rules and the requirements of contemporary reality.

At the conclusion of the participation, the College delegation expressed their sincere appreciation to the University of Sharjah for the kind invitation and excellent organization, emphasizing the importance of sustaining academic collaboration between the two institutions in a manner that supports the development of legal research and enhances the quality of academic education.
