The Student Support Services and Alumni Affairs Department at Umm Al Quwain University, in collaboration with the College of Mass Communication, College of Arts and Sciences, and College of Business Administration, organized a forum in celebration of Emirati Women’s Day under the theme “We Will Rise Stronger and Better.” The event was attended by Dr. Hani Bakr, Vice Chancellor of Umm Al Quwain University, along with members of the academic and administrative staff and university students.

The forum featured a panel discussion with the participation of several female university students. Khadija Al Abdouli, a student, writer, and television presenter, participated in the session titled “When Culture Creates the Emirati Woman’s Mark,” highlighting the role of women in enriching the cultural and media landscape.

Anoud Mohammed Al Zeyoudi, a student, social media activist, self-development trainer, and family counselor, participated in the session titled “Impact Begins Within,” discussing the importance of self-development and the role of women in creating a positive impact on society.

Emirati entrepreneur Shamma Jassim Al Zarouni shared her entrepreneurial experience in a session titled “An Emirati Success Story,” while Rouda Ahmed Al Ali, a student volunteer in community service, highlighted the value of giving and its impact on society in a session titled “Giving Without Limits.”
