As part of the Professional Immersion Program for Academic Faculty Members in Industrial and Economic Sectors, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in collaboration with SAP, Dr. Ali Siam and Dr. Fatima Khalaf from the College of Computer Science participated in the first day of the program, held from October 1 to 2, 2026, at the SAP Experience Center in Dubai.
The program aims to strengthen integration between higher education institutions and the industrial and economic sectors by providing academic faculty members with practical professional experience in a workplace environment. It also enables them to engage directly with SAP experts, learn about the latest technologies and professional practices, and explore real-world use cases of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence applications in the business sector.
