Biography
Associate Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law. She earned her Bachelor’s degree (English program) with Excellent with Honors, ranking first in her class, and subsequently obtained her Master’s degree in Law in 2009 and her PhD in Public Law in 2013.
Dr. Badr has 20 years of academic experience in her field. She has taught a wide range of courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels in colleges of law and has supervised numerous Master’s and PhD theses. Her research interests include constitutional rights and freedoms and their guarantees, applications of artificial intelligence in administrative work, digital oversight and privacy protection, social justice, environmental protection within the constitutional framework.
Dr. Badr believes that legal education is a collaborative and interactive process between the instructor and students. It depends on active student engagement, fostered through the development of analytical and critical thinking, and through training students to acquire the practical skills required for professional life. She also emphasizes the use of modern learning tools and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning.
