Today (July 28, 2022), Umm Al Quwain University celebrated the top-achieving high school pupils for the 2021-2022 academic year in the Emirates of Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah.  36 students, in the advanced and general tracks, were honored.

The ceremony included a speech by Dr. Galal Hatem, Chancellor of Umm Al Quwain University, who praised the support of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, and his concern to follow up the educational process at the university, and his continuous guidance and instructions to focus on the latest teaching methods and provide the best educational environments, the latest scientific curricula, and keeping pace with the development witnessed by the world in educational services.

Dr. Galal Hatem appreciated the efforts of educational bodies and schools and their role in bringing students to a high level of excellence and distinction in academic achievement.

On the sidelines of the ceremony, an orientation meeting was organized for the honored students to introduce them to the university's faculties and facilities, academic advisors and the most important educational services provided by the University.
