The College of Law at Umm Al Quwain University Participates in 22nd  Annual International Conference of the College of Law, Mansoura University, Arab Republic of Egypt, entitled (Legal and Economic Aspects of Climate Change) 19-20 March 2023

The Dean of the College of Law at Umm Al Quwain University Dr. Abdul Ghani Qasim Al Shuaibi, participated in a research entitled (Criminal Liability Arising from Climate Crimes).

Dr. Saad Ramadan,  A professor of civil law at the College of Law, Umm Al Quwain University, also participated in a research titled (Civil Liability and Guaranteeing Damages Arising from Climate Change).

The researchers unanimously agreed that protecting the environment from the dangers of climate change is one of the issues that concern the world, as global climate change and the rise in the temperature of the atmosphere surrounding the earth are among the most important challenges facing societies at the global and national levels.
