Umm Al Quwain University signed a memorandum of understanding with Elaf Institute for Training to create and enhance joint cooperation in the field of professional and administrative development, at the University campus. The memorandum was signed by the University Chancellor, Prof.  Galal Hatem, and on behalf of the training centre Mr. Salem Hassan Al Rifai, Executive Director of Elaf Institute. The memorandum aims to strengthen the frameworks of joint cooperation and develop the relationship between the two parties in the field of training and applied programs to improve staff competencies at Umm Al Quwain University and Elaf Training Institute in the field of professional and administrative development.
