The Health and Safety Department at Umm Al Quwain University, in cooperation with UAQ Civil Defense, organized a mock fire and evacuation drill, aiming to enhance the university's readiness to deal with emergencies and ensure the safety of students, faculty and administrative staff.

The drill began with the sirens, and all buildings were evacuated according to the approved emergency plan. Everyone reacted quickly and disciplined, as they headed to the pre-determined assembly points in the proper time. Civil Defense teams monitored the process and provided the necessary instructions to ensure that the evacuation was carried out with the highest safety standards.

These drills are a part of Umm Al Quwain University's efforts to ensure a safe educational environment and reach the highest levels of readiness to deal with any emergencies in the future.
