Sociology Students, College of Arts and Sciences at Umm Al Quwain University Visit Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla Charitable and Humanitarian Est

A group of students from the Sociology Department, College of Arts and Sciences, at Umm Al Quwain University, made a field visit to Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla Charitable and Humanitarian Establishment. This visit aimed to introduce students to the Establishment's activities and societal role in providing charitable and humanitarian services, in addition to highlighting the most important roles played by specialists in social work in it.

During the visit, a range of charitable and social works carried out by the Establishment were reviewed, in addition to discussing the mechanism needed to initiate internship sessions for the    of the Sociology Department students at the Establishment, aiming to enhance their field experience and to be well prepared to enter the social labor market.

The meeting was attended by a number of students and faculty members of sociology, who expressed their appreciation for the opportunity given to them to learn about the important role played by Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla Charitable and Humanitarian Establishment in serving the community, stressing the importance of enhancing cooperation between academic and charitable institutions in developing students' practical capabilities.
